Family carers’ experiences of Community Treatment Orders (CTOs)

Oxford University logo colourDo you have first-hand experience of Community Treatment Orders (CTOs)?

The University of Oxford is conducting research and want to hear from the carer perspective, whether CTOs are helpful or not to a family affected by mental health problems, and what it is about them that makes them work/not work in a particular situation. Results will feed into reports to the Department of Health, professionals, policy makers, carer, and service user audiences.

The University of Oxford would like to interview carers from across England. The interviews are freely structured to allow people to talk about what they find relevant. All data will be kept confidential. People will be compensated for their time, travel and other expenses with a fee of £25.
