Below are our current volunteering opportunities:
Activities Volunteer – Young Carers Project
Kingston Carers' Network has a great programme of activities planned for our Young Carers in 2011 but to ensure they have the best experience, we need your help. The activities include trips and outings (e.g. to a museum, farm, bowling, art and craft etc and social events such as a Christmas Party).
We need a pool of volunteers with passion and enthusiasm who enjoy being with children and young people and having fun. Your role will be to support the Young Carers' Worker during the activities with groups of 5 to 30 young carers.
If you can communicate and get on well with young people and are happy to work as part of a team, then we are interested in hearing from you.

GP Project – Information & Outreach Volunteer
Volunteers are required to support a new project linking with local GP practices to provide direct access to information for local carers. An important part of the role will be providing volunteer support to group sessions that are set up within the locality.
You will be acting as an ambassador for Kingston Carers' Network and its services.
