The YMCA Inclusive Lives project are inviting you to
come along to the next FREE Creating Wellness
course, starting on
Wednesday 18th July at
The Search light Centre
Kingston Road
New Malden
KT3 3RX
12.00 - 3pm
This course is for all, Kingston Mencap members,
non-members, support workers and carers (18+)
The sessions include art, yoga and tips for health and wellbeing.
Anyone who attends can claim a voucher for counselling sessions once the course is
completed.
Please bring a packed lunch. Refreshments are included.
