Trusts and Foundations

Grants from trusts and foundations are a vital source of support for us. Their support helps us to continue to provide vital services for local carers as well as developing new services.

Kingston Carers' Network (KCN) provides much-needed support to carers in the Kingston community. Our mission is to empower carers to lead fulfilling lives and fulfil their caring responsibilities with confidence.

Caring for a loved one can be a challenging and isolating experience, and the COVID-19 pandemic only exacerbated these challenges. At KCN we provide a range of services and support to help carers navigate these challenges and improve their wellbeing.

1 in 4 adults will become an unpaid carer at some stage in their lives - we want to be there for everyone facing this change for the first time.

Our services include emotional support, practical advice and guidance, wellbeing activities and advocacy. We also run regular support groups and events to help carers connect with others who understand their experiences.

Over the years, KCN has had a significant impact on the lives of carers in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, helping them to access the support they need to care for their loved ones while maintaining their own health and wellbeing.

However, the demand for our services continues to grow, and we need your help to continue to make a positive difference in the lives of carers in our community. With your support, we can expand our services and reach even more carers in need.

We understand that there are many worthy causes out there, but we hope that you will consider supporting Kingston Carers' Network. Your investment in our organisation will make a real and lasting difference in the lives of carers in Kingston.
