Kingston Carers' Network (KCN) is an independent charity providing information, advice, advocacy and support to unpaid carers of all ages who are caring for someone with an illness, disability or substance misuse problem.
We are here to support:
- carers living in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames
- people caring for someone who lives in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames
- carers who are registered with a GP in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
