Our yoga class offers a fantastic opportunity for carers to have a break from their caring responsibilties and have a good stretch and meet other carers. These classes are faciltated by Rachel, who is friendly, experienced and able to tailor the session to ALL abilties  - so perfect for those who are first timers and those who are more experienced.
