From September until December this year, the Public Health Department at Kingston Council will be running a range of sessions, weekly classes and talks to promote better bone health for people living and studying in Kingston. 

This is especially relevant for people diagnosed with or at risk of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, as well as those managing multiple long-term conditions, and their carers.
