This monthly meetup is an opportunity to connect with other carers and make new friends over tea and toast, often with a guest speaker.

This month's speakers are from Visiting Angels and Thrive. Visiting Angels will be discussing Falls Prevention and what good care looks like, and Thrive are a charity that use the medium of gardening as a way to support people’s physical and mental health

Vilma, our Benefits and Tribunal Representative will be available from 9.30am to 10.30am to answer general benefit-related questions. At 11am, Vilma will be available for a one-to-one session, which can include form-filling or support with specific benefit queries.
