Courtney currently works as an NHS UEC Portfolio Co-ordinator at the Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust. After completing GCSE's and A-Levels, Courtney has secured numerous professional qualifications including accreditation as an NHSE Loggist and a QI Improvement Coach, alongside a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration and Leadership.

As a previous young carer, Courtney has supported both her mum and her brother through significant challenges. She continues to provide ongoing support to them both. This lived experience informs her deep commitment to KCN and its Young Carers Project (YCP) as she understands firsthand the emotional, practical, and developmental complexities that young carers navigate every day.
