Caring for people living with a terminal illness and/ or caring for someone at the end of their life.

NHS South West London Integrated Care System is working in partnership with the South West London End of Life Care working group and carer networks to understand experiences of people who have an unpaid care-giving role to someone living with a terminal illness or caring for someone at the end of their life. This could be caring for or supporting a family member, friend or neighbour.

Our aim is to understand and learn from people caring for someone living with a terminal illness and/ or caring for someone at the end of their life. This information will help us better understand carer experiences, for example, what needs carers have, what is missing, and what could be improved.

NHS South West London Integrated Care System has commissioned our local Training Hub to work with and hear the voice of a diverse, inclusive range of residents and their experiences as care-givers. Your responses are extremely important to the future planning of local NHS support and services for carers.
