Journey Recovery Hub - Richmond Borough Mind offers crisis support through our Journey Recovery Hub. This service offers support for Richmond and Kingston residents who are in mental health crisis, or at risk of moving into crisis. This could include thinking about suicide or acting on suicidal thoughts, experiencing an episode of psychosis or doing something that could put yourself or others at risk. The Journey Recovery Hub provides out-of-hours support to reduce immediate crisis and to safety plan for those living with mental health problems. They aim to prevent escalation, reduce isolation, increase independence and self-management and improve wellbeing by drawing on strengths, resilience, and coping mechanisms. South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust 24/7 Crisis Line - If you live in any of the five of our London boroughs: Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth and you need mental health support in a crisis you can call the 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Line on 0800 028 8000. The Mental Health Crisis Line offers emotional support and advice to people who are affected by urgent mental health issues, at any time of the day or night. It is open to everyone: both children and adults of all ages, and to people who haven’t previously accessed mental health services.
SANEline - This is an out-of-hours mental health support line for those aged 16 and over offering emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers. SANEline are open every day from 4.30-10.30pm and you can reach them on 0300 304 7000.

DRINKLINE – DRINKLINE is a free confidential helpline for anyone who is concerned about their drinking, or someone else's. The helpline is open Monday-Friday from 9am-8pm & 11-4pm during the weekends.
