I am Bhaveshree Chandegra & work within Kingston Council as a User Researcher under the Shared ICT Services team.

We know that our content isn't inclusive enough and we want to improve this and need your help to ensure we meet the needs of your members.

The User Research Team is looking to expand the User Research Panel. The purpose of the user research panel is to invite users to participate in upcoming & future activities such as interviews, online surveys, workshops and user testing. To help enhance the Kingston Council digital services to be more user friendly, intuitive & accessible to the public.

We would like to reach out to people with accessibility needs to ensure there are no barriers to accessing digital services and support. We would be grateful if you could distribute this invitation to your staff and members to enable them to sign up to the Research Panel.
