Recovery college

Friends, families and partners of people living with mental health difficulties go through their own challenges. These four stand-alone sessions offer a safe space to gain confidence, learn in a group about your needs and strengths and learn skills to make the best of life.

Recovering beyond mental health difficulties for me and the person I support. Skills for keeping well.


Mon 4 Mar 10AM-1PM
Why Families and Friends matter. Toolbox for self-management. Am I a carer?


Mon 11 Mar 10AM-1PM
Collaborating and communicating effectively with professionals and the person I support. Basics of confidentiality.


Mon 18 Mar 10AM-1PM
Managing the good , challenging and risky times for me and the person I support, triggers and early warning signs.


All sessions take place at the Recovery college, Springfield Hospital.
We recommend that you book a place on all 4 sessions if you can
