Thea Webster has lived in Kingston since she moved there to study at Kingston University, where she gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Sociology.

Her professional background is in human resource management, where she has contributed to people leadership, organisational change, and the creation of fair, supportive working environments for the past 16 years.

Thea has lived experience of caring and knows many young carers, which has strengthened her commitment to improving recognition and support for unpaid carers. As a trustee of Kingston Carers Network, she is pleased to contribute to the charity’s governance and to support its work in ensuring carers can access the services, understanding and opportunities they need.
